Customs Fees and Tariffs

Will I be charged any customs fees or tariffs?

CUSTOMERS IN THE UK - No, you won't be charged customs fees as we are shipping from the UK.

 

CUSTOMERS IN THE EU - At the point of sale, if your order is below 150 EUR and you're shipping to an EU member country, you will have paid your VAT via our website and will not pay any customs fees.

If you are in the EU and your order is OVER 150 EUR, you will not have paid VAT at the point of sale and it is very likely that you will be charged customs fees. You can choose to pay this with your courier costs or you can choose to pay this later when your order arrives in your country.

If you are in Norway, Switzerland or Iceland, you WILL be charged customs fees as these countries are not members of the EU customs union.

 

CUSTOMERS IN THE USA - Duties, fees and tariffs are included in the price of your order. This is paid by us, meaning your order will not be held up or have additional fees.

 

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA & THE EU If you're outside the USA and the EU, orders will be subject to customs duties and a clearance / handling fee as per your country's guidance. We recommend checking your local guidance about importing from the UK.
